This spacious, top floor, two bedroom, two bath, Resort Villa at the Fairway Villas has been lovingly furnished to complement the unit's high vaulted ceilings and big sky views of Mauna Kea. Slide open the coffee table and enjoy one of many games with family and friends, or surf the net on a broadband connection to find your next activity. After a hard day of vacationing rest your body in the oversized soaking tub or on the luxury linens and an isotonic mattress pad that molds to your body. The second bedroom is furnished with two twins. To sleep six, there is a comfortable Aerobed queen inflatable mattress, pumped with the push of a single button. Sit out on the lanai and enjoy the a third floor view of Mauna Kea across the greens. Walk to the King’s Shops and enjoy the many great restaurants like Roy’s and Merriman’s Café. The beach is a 10-minute stroll or a three-minute drive. Total Space is 1420 square feet. This is our little bit of paradise, our home away from home. We've taken great care to fill it with details that relax, pamper, and satisfy. About the Condo Complex: This classically-styled Hawaiian resort complex is surrounded by the lush fairways of the world class Beach Course of Waikoloa. It is across the lake from the Kings' Shops and the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay. The infinity edge pool with elevated rock spa overlooks the ninth hole and Kings' Lake.
WALK TO THE BEACH! A-Bay has incredible sunsets and is a great swimming beach. You can also kayak, snorkel and even take wind surfing lessons here! Within a 10 minute drive are many other amazing beaches. There are books in our unit that describe these beaches and how to get to them. GREAT GOLFING! Two 18-hole golf courses, the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course and the Waikoloa Kings Golf Course are onsite. The Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and Hapuna Prince Golf Courses are all within a 20-minute drive. There are cleaning supplies in the condo. Daily maid service is not included, but you can call and arrange a cleaning. Our wonderful property managers have managed South Kohala properties for over a decade and are just up the hill in Waikoloa Village.

*Laundry should be current. Only what is used on day of departure should be left. Excessive laundry and cleaning will be charged to your account.
*Please load and start dishwasher
*Dispose of all trash and take to dumpster
*Recycle items should be separated and placed in designated bins locatied next to trash dumpster

Are by request only. If a late check out is granted, a 1/2 day charge rate will apply.
Keys, gate access cards, garage door openers, etc... Should be placed on the kitchen counter.
There is a $125 charge per lost or missing item.
